Modifying Element Headings

Change the element heading of a model element enumeration chapter.

Context

Design a heading's output for a model element.

How to proceed
  1. Select the chapter you want in the Documentation Structures view in the configuration editor.
  2. Select Edit>Properties.

The dialog box of the same name appears.

  3. Jump to the "Element Heading (English)" or "Elementüberschrift (German)" tabs to change the names.

The "Current Heading" row shows the current heading. The list below shows the possible wildcards.

  4. Select the variable you want to insert from the list.
  5. Click on "Append" to append the variable name to the end of the heading or "Insert" to insert the variable name at the insertion point in the heading.

    The heading is modified accordingly.

    Note:

You can also access information from super-ordinated chapters. To do this, insert an "up" between "$(" and the variable name, e.g. $(up.name).

  6. Click on "Apply".

    Your changes are applied.
